This company was built by two people who know what it means to face and overcome serious barriers. Jack sustained a life-changing spinal injury due to unsafe working conditions, which forced him to reimagine his future with a focus on safety, inclusivity, and purpose. Caitlin was born with a rare genetic condition that caused a lifelong disability—leading to five strokes, a heart attack, paralysis, and severe brain damage. Despite these challenges, she re-learned how to walk, speak, and create, eventually teaching herself new skills to adapt, grow, and build something meaningful.

Because we’ve lived through inaccessibility, we’ve built our business to be the opposite: thoughtful, flexible, and human-centered. Whether it’s how we work with clients, how we communicate, or how we design our website and services—our goal is to create an experience that welcomes everyone.
